Whether you're just starting your journey with our coached 0-5k course, aiming to build on your progress with our coached 5-10k program, or looking to maintain your stamina with our midweek maintenance runs, we've got you covered. Led by a UK Athletics-licensed coach, our run clubs focus on not only increasing endurance and distance but also improving form and technique—helping you run longer, better, and stronger. Our 0-5k Run Club is perfect for beginners, offering an 8-week guided course to build confidence and endurance, culminating in a supportive 5k team park run.

5-10K

Our 8-week 5-10k Run Club is perfect for runners looking to confidently increase their distance, with expert coaching and support, culminating in a celebratory 10k run at the course's end.
