At Posture London, we believe every body’s journey is unique. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice, our intelligent, well-structured classes meet you where you are and support your goals with precision and care.

We prioritise quality of movement over quantity, delivering variety through six signature class types:

  • Starter – A beginner-friendly class perfect for those new to Pilates or returning after a break. Focuses on foundational movements, building confidence, and learning essential Pilates principles at a comfortable pace.

  • Dynamic – An intermediate class designed to challenge your strength, stamina, and coordination through a lively, flowing sequence that elevates your fitness and endurance.

  • Classic – Also intermediate level, this class emphasizes precision, alignment, and control. Ideal for those wanting to refine technique and develop core stability through traditional Pilates exercises.

  • Barre – A fusion class combining Pilates and ballet-inspired movements to sculpt and tone the body, enhance posture, and improve flexibility. Suitable for all levels looking for a graceful yet effective workout.

  • Heat – A high-intensity, heated Pilates session aimed at experienced practitioners seeking to boost endurance, flexibility, and calorie burn in a sweat-inducing environment.

  • Tower – Incorporates the tower attachment on the reformer to add resistance and variety, offering a deeper, classical Pilates experience. Intermediate to advanced level, this class targets strength, control, and flexibility with a focus on classical apparatus work.

Every class is led by expert instructors passionate about helping you move well, build confidence, and enjoy every step of your Pilates journey.

FAQs

Do I need a certain level of fitness to join?

Not at all! We offer classes suitable for all fitness levels. Check out our class types to pick one that suits you.

Which class should I book into?

If you're unsure, start with our Posture Starter class, for pre-or post-natal mum’s we reccommend booking into a 1-2-1 session before joining any group classes.

What should I bring to class?

Just bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. Grip socks are mandatory for all our classes. If you don’t have any or forget your pair, you can buy them at the studio for £15.

How long are the classes?

Each class is 50 minutes long.

What if I need to cancel?

Classes must be cancelled 24 hours in advance otherwise your class credit is forfeited and a late cancellation charge will apply. No-Shows to classes are also charged a fee. Classes are non-transferable. The timetable and teachers are subject to change.
