Do I need a certain level of fitness to join?
Not at all! We offer classes suitable for all fitness levels. Check out our class types to pick one that suits you.
Which class should I book into?
If you're unsure, start with our Posture Starter class, post-natal mum’s we reccommend our Posture Partum classes. If in doubt contact us for personalised recommendations.
What should I bring to class?
Just bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. Grip socks are mandatory for all our classes. If you don’t have any or forget your pair, you can buy them at the studio for £15.
How long are the classes?
Each class is 50 minutes long apart from our Express class which is 35 minutes long.
What if I need to cancel?
Classes must be cancelled 24 hours in advance otherwise your class credit is forfeited and a late cancellation charge will apply. No-Shows to classes are also charged a fee. Classes are non-transferable. The timetable and teachers are subject to change.
