At Posture London, Pilates is just the beginning. Founded by sisters Gabrielle and Sarah in the heart of West Wickham, our studio was created to bring a results-driven, welcoming, and community-focused wellness space to Bromley.
We are proud to be Bromley’s only studio offering Reformer, Tower, and Hot Mat Pilates in one place, giving you the most versatile and effective approach to strength, alignment and mobility.
Our six signature class types, Starter, Strength, Classic, Heat, and Tower — blend classical Pilates principles with modern training energy to help you progress safely, confidently, and continuously.
Whether you're building foundations, seeking deeper strength, or looking to elevate your practice, our programming meets you where you are and moves you forward.
Beyond our classes, we host specialist workshops in areas such as mobility and pelvic floor health, designed to support you through every stage of life. Our onsite Wellness Café offers nutrient-focused drinks and snacks, creating a space to refuel, reset, and connect. At Posture London, movement is purposeful, support is personal, and strength is built from the inside out.

Class Types
POSTURE STARTER
Beginner
Perfect for beginners to start their Reformer journey and get comfortable with the core principles of Reformer Pilates. We recommend those new to the studio and reformer take a minimum of 4 starter classes before progressing on to other class types.
POSTURE CLASSIC
Intermediate
A full-body class centred on deep core engagement, using precise alignment and controlled movements to activate every major muscle group. Working mainly on the reformer, you’ll strengthen, lengthen, and build balanced body awareness through intentional, core-led Pilates technique.
POSTURE STRENGTH
Intermediate
A contemporary Pilates class with a strong strength-training focus. Expect an intense full-body burn using the reformer, props like weights, rings, and balls, and a progressive programming approach. Each class targets a rotating combination of powerhouse muscles—including abs, glutes, quads, back, and upper body—to build strength, control, and endurance.
POSTURE TOWER
Intermediate
A invigorating class that blends classical Pilates principles with the versatility of the Tower attachment on the back of the reformer. Using springs, push-through bars, and arm/leg straps, this resistance-based workout is designed to challenge your strength, stamina, stretch, and stability. Expect slow, deliberate movements that deepen core activation, improve flexibility, and build endurance. This class is ideal if you're already attending Posture Dynamic or Posture Classic and want to ignite your practice with classical apparatus work. You'll leave feeling empowered, aligned, and noticeably stronger in your Pilates journey.
POSTURE HEAT
Intermediate
A heated mat class centred on deep core engagement, using precise alignment and controlled, core-led movements to activate every major muscle group. The warmth intensifies mobility and strength work, helping you build power, flexibility, and balanced body awareness. Not suitable for beginners—this class is designed for those with prior pilates experience who want to take things to the next level. What to bring: Your own water bottle (hydration is a must!) and a towel.
