Terms & Conditions

By booking a class, purchasing a package, or enrolling in a membership, you automatically agree to the below Terms & Conditions.

Purchase & Bookings Policy
All class packs must be purchased before booking a class or session.
All group classes, retail purchases, and bookings can be scheduled through the Momence App.
Intro offer packs are available once per new client only. Intro offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire one (1) month from the date of purchase.
All packages are non-refundable and are not transferable to another client. Accounts may not be shared.

Packages & Expiry

Months are defined as one (1) calendar month from the date of purchase. All expiry dates are visible in your account at the time of purchase.

• Drop-in classes expire one (1) month from date of purchase
• Package credits expire as stated at time of purchase
• Membership class credits must be used within their respective monthly period and do not roll over

Memberships renew on the original purchase date unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Membership Types

Posture London offers:

• 3-Month Membership (rolling in 3-month blocks)
• 12-Month Membership

The membership agreement commences once the first monthly payment has been made.

3-Month Membership Auto-Renewal
The 3-month membership is a minimum commitment of three (3) months and will automatically renew for a further three (3) months at the end of each term unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

12-Month Membership Auto-Renewal
The 12-month membership is a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months and will automatically renew for a further twelve (12) months unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Payments & Contract Commitment
By purchasing a membership, you agree to make regular monthly payments for the full contract term.
Missed payments may incur a charge. Membership access may be suspended if payment is not received within five (5) working days.
If you hold a discounted or promotional membership and change product, cancel, or later rejoin, the discount will be forfeited and standard rates will apply.

Cancellation & Renewal Notice

All membership cancellations or requests to prevent renewal must be made in writing to info@posturelondon.com
at least 30 days before your next renewal date.
Requests received less than 30 days before renewal will take effect from the following renewal period and the next payment will still be due.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure cancellation is received and acknowledged by Posture London.
Memberships may only be cancelled at the end of a contract term once all agreed payments have been made.

Membership Pause Policy

3-Month Memberships may be paused for a fee of £50.

• Paid pauses are permitted once per membership period only
• Requests must be submitted in writing before the intended pause start date
• No classes may be used during the pause period
• The membership end date will be extended by the length of the approved pause

12-Month Memberships cannot be paused under any circumstances.

Extension & Refund Policy
No refunds or extensions are offered unless required by law or in exceptional medical circumstances with written certification from a qualified medical practitioner.

If Posture London cancels a class, a full class credit or refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy (Classes and 121)

Group classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before class start time to retain the class credit.

• Cancellations within 24 hours: credit forfeited + £5 late cancellation fee
• No-shows: £12 fee

Fees will be charged automatically to the card on file.

Trainer Changes
Posture London reserves the right to change trainers at any time.

Waitlist Policy
Clients may join the waitlist for full classes. If a space becomes available more than 24 hours before the class, clients will be automatically added and notified by email.

Equipment
Grip socks are mandatory. Available for purchase in-studio for £15.

Payments
We do not accept cash. A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file.

Health & Safety
Clients must follow studio hygiene protocols and UK Government health guidance.
If unwell or exposed to COVID-19, clients should cancel their session and not attend.

Client Responsibility
Medical clearance is required where applicable.

Age Restrictions
Clients must be at least 16 years old. Children under 16 are not permitted in the studio.

Pregnancy
Existing clients may continue subject to medical clearance. New clients must complete a 1-to-1 assessment before joining group classes.

Class & Session Attendance
Clients must be signed in before class.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be refused entry.
Posture London reserves the right to restrict or refuse participation for safety reasons.

Behaviour & Right to Refuse Service
Posture London reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships without refund for abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Price Changes
Membership prices may change with 30 days’ written notice and will apply from the next renewal period.

Studio Closures & Force Majeure
Closures may occur due to holidays, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for such closures.

Charge Disputes
Payment disputes must be raised directly with Posture London before initiating a chargeback.

Liability Acknowledgement
Clients participate at their own risk and accept full responsibility for any injury or harm.

Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information is kept secure and never sold or shared with third parties.
